Our stay at The Saint was excellent. We have stayed here before and will stay here again. I enjoyed their Niven Morgan Lavender and Mint shampoo and body wash on previous visits and bought some and use at home. Though the bottle dispensers in the shower were the same Niven Morgan Lavender and Mint, the product inside was a different scent/color and seemed very thin. The lotion and conditioner was the same. The bellman/valet at check in was very friendly and remembered me from a previous stay. The poolside rooms are very comfortable, the dehumidifier in the room is a plus at this time of year in Key West. This hotel's location is great. They do have a poolside waiter, but he is not very attentive to the entire pool area, he came out several times before I was able to actually get his attention. He would go to one side of the pool and ignore everyone else (not just me, others were trying to get his attention too. I only experienced it once, but others said the same thing happened the day before as well) This was the only negative thing I could say about my visit.
